10.11.1. Helpdesk

The helpdesk office is located on the lower level of the Philip Weltner Library. In addition to having a physical location, the helpdesk is available online at http://itservices.oglethorpe.edu/contact/, in OASIS under “Technology Issues Helpdesk Ticket,” via email at [email protected] and via phone 404-364-8880. Our physical location and phone support are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). At the online address, and through OASIS, OU community members may submit a service request for issues such as OU computer equipment, internet connection, cable, OASIS, printing, photocopiers, and multimedia. One has the ability to track helpdesk calls as they happen. The online helpdesk is easy to use and is the fastest way to ensure service.
